Dressing up as Characters

Role play is very important within children’s early years… dressing up and using our imagination to become different characters helps our creative side to flourish and our brain to develop in a variety of ways.

Role playing can build an individual’s confidence, creativity communication, physical development, problem solving and also very importantly… social skills with peers and adults around us!

Along with being a fun activity, dressing up as difference characters also allows children to act out real life roles through fictional performances and shape their identity and personal interests.

What a perfect time of year to get creative and become our favourite characters!

Well done to everyone Little Learners, & today the prize goes to… the funny clown!
