Today Little Learners Nursery are celebrating Saint George’s Day! The patron Saint George is celebrated by various Christian Churches and by the several nations, kingdoms, countries, and cities.
The babies have enjoyed a texture filled messy activity with all red and white colouring to incorporate the St Georges theme. Lots of different materials were used to create an exciting messy play activity such as shredded paper, tissue paper, shiny tinsel, pom-poms, pipe-cleaners, Lego bricks and balls.
All of the children and even nursery practitioners had great fun feeling the different textures and exploring the toys in the tray. All of the babies played alongside each other with great interaction and engagement with each other and the resources. This exciting activity held the concentration of the 6 babies for the majority of the morning! Well done Little Learners babies!
