Our standards

We ensure that all our staff have all relevant childcare qualifications. New practitioners are expected to complete a suite of mandatory training within their first six months:

All our staff receive paediatric first aid training—provided by Tigerlily—equipping them with the skills to deal with both minor incidents and more serious injuries.

We strongly believe in having a plan for continuous professional development for all of our practitioners. All staff have access to Noodle Now, an online platform providing additional training and courses to develop their knowledge further.

This allows us to offer an environment that is not only incredibly safe for our Little Learners, but also one that cultivates an atmosphere that allows them to thrive and develop.
